Biografía

Claudia es abogada de mercantil en Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. Tiene experiencia en fusiones y adquisiciones y restructuraciones de sociedades dentro del sector de la Energía, así como en la coordinación de procesos de due diligence, en el asesoramiento societario y en la redacción y negociación de contratos en el referido sector.

Es graduada en Derecho por la Universidad Carlos III (Madrid) e hizo el Doble Máster en Derecho Internacional de los Negocios y Acceso a la Abogacía en el Centro de Estudios Garrigues (Madrid).

Ha participado como autora o coautora en diversas publicaciones jurídicas especializadas.
