Biografía

Rodrigo es socio de Litigación y Arbitraje y coordinador de Concursal en Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

Es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Salamanca. Obtuvo la beca en la IV Convocatoria al Mejor Licenciado del Año (patrocinada por Ernst & Young, Instituto de Empresa y Diario Cinco Días). Hizo el máster de Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas (MAJ) por el Instituto de Empresa de Madrid.

Rodrigo ha sido reconocido en los más prestigiosos directorios legales Chambers and Partners, Legal500, IFLR 1000 como uno de los profesionales líderes en el área de Restructuring and Insolvency y con recomendaciones tales como “possibly the best bankruptcy lawyer in Spain today” Leading Individual. Gómez-Acebo & Pombo ha sido nominada en 2021 como Firm of the Year en la práctica de Insolvency and Reorganization Law que lidera Rodrigo.

Es miembro del cuerpo editorial de “Revista de RC, Circulación y Seguro” editada por INESE, habiendo participado como autor y coautor en varias publicaciones jurídicas especializadas.
