Expertise

Since he was admitted to the Bar in 2008, Álvaro has worked as a lawyer specialist in intellectual property and unfair competition. He has been acting before the courts of both the civil, contentious-administrative and criminal courts. His major area of expertise being multi-jurisdictional patent litigation, he also routinely delivers legal advice in matters of contractual, transactional or regulatory nature, due diligences, as well as advice on protection and exploitation of intangible assets
Álvaro’s expertise has been developed primarily on the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, followed by an also vast expertise in the sectors of industrial machinery, consumer electronics, telecommunications, renewable energies, medical devices and personal care products, foodstuffs, footwear and clothing, and B2B and B2C services, among others
