Telecommunications, Energy and Consumption



She has given lectures related to the telecommunications sector, energy supplies, the illicit advertisement and the procedures of alternative dispute resolution to litigation in various courses, organized by public entities such as the National Institute of Consumption, the Generalitat Valenciana, the Junta de Andalucía, the Xunta de Galicia or the Board of Castilla-La Mancha, or private, as the Pontifical University of Comillas ICAI-ICADE or the Spanish Club of Energy

She works as a researcher with the Center for Studies of Consumption of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (CESO)
She is the director of the Magazine CESCO of consumer rights


She has published numerous articles in legal magazines of greater prestige. To appoint just a few:

“credit ratings of the electrical in bankruptcy proceedings. Are subordinated claims the surcharges on electricity fees?” (The Law 7905, 2012)
“particularities of singing telecommunication services by telephone” (Aranzadi civil. Doctrinal magazine 8, 2011)

She is the author of books such as the book Manual of claims management of consumption in the telecommunications sector (2010) and she has had a significant participation in publications such as the collective monograph Studies on telecommunications and consumer law (Aranzadi, 2005) or the comments to the General Telecommunications Law of 1998 (“Aranzadi”, 1999) and she has done other collaborations, such as the Treaty of the sale (Aranzadi, 2013) drafted the chapter 68, contracts for the supply of gas and electricity, and the chapter 75, sale of greenhouse gas emission rights) and the Treaty of Civil Liability (Aranzadi, 5th Edition, 2014, chapter devoted to the civil liability for damage to the industrial property)
