Barbara is specialised in all aspects pertaining to electronic commerce, data protection, copyright, advertising and new technologies, as well as intellectual and industrial property including advice pertaining to agreements for trademark licensing, distribution and franchising


Barbara is a frequent lecturer who imparts courses on data protection, e-commerce and advertising aimed at clients’ legal affairs and marketing departments
