He has been a full partner since 1995, and a member of the firms Management Committee since 2004
Specialisation
Leading counsel in more than three hundred lawsuits representing national and international companies and public entities in a wide range of intellectual property cases, (patents, trademarks, designs, plant breeders rights, know-how, and unfair competition) related to different sectors and industries, before Spanish Courts, in different jurisdictions (commercial, criminal and contentious-administrative), including appeals at the Supreme Court and at the Constitutional Court, as well as before the European Union Courts (Spanish Community Trademark and Design Courts and the General Court of the European Union), the European Court of Human Rights, EUIPO, CPVO, OMPI, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, the Spanish Plant Varieties Office and Autocontrol de la Publicidad (Spanish self regulating body on advertising disputes)
Strategic advice and counseling on the acquisition, protection, enforcement, licensing and assignment of rights in all areas of intellectual property (patents, utility models, plant varieties, designs, distinctive signs, domain names, denominations of origin and indication of geographical provenance), and on unfair competition, trade secrets and advertising law
