Bio

Lucía is a public law and regulatory lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She specialises in contentious-administrative and civil litigation, administrative proceedings and advice in the energy sector, with special emphasis on the renewable energy sector. She has advised in judicial proceedings in the contentious-administrative, civil and commercial jurisdictions in matters relating to, among others: tort law, claims for payment, termination of contracts, administrative liability, public contracts, sanctioning procedures, licenses and authorizations, bankruptcy.

She has a degree in Law and in Business Administration and Management from ICADE, having completed a semester of Law at the Université de Strasbourg. She has a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and a Master’s Degree in European Union Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Lucía is involved in several pro bono projects with the Fernando Pombo Foundation, among which she tutors students of the ICADE Legal Clinic.

She has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
