GA_P advises Anticimex on the acquisition of one of its competitors in Portugal

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Anticimex on the acquisition of Leiripraga, one of its competitors in Portugal.
This is Anticimex’s first acquisition in 2021, after the acquisition of Ambinorma and Higicontrol (2017) and Pestkil (2018), transactions GA_P also advised on.
