GA_P advises Appspace on the acquisition of Beezy Europe

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Appspace Inc, a leading US technology company, on the acquisition of Beezy Inc's Spanish subsidiary, Beezy Europe S.L.

Appspace develops software platforms specialising in digital signage, enterprise video and content management in the workplace. Beezy offers digital solutions to companies in the automation of processes and connectivity in work environments.

The GA_P team was formed by Mónica Weimann, Cristina Sánchez Weickgenannt, Irene Carreño Uría and Mónica Ojeda, partner, associates and trainee in the Corporate department, Bárbara Sáinz, Isabel Bandín and Mercedes Ferrer, associates in the Intellectual Property department, Delia Castaños, Laura Castillo and Silvana Zarzar, associates and trainee in the Labour department, Rocío Arias, associate in the Tax department and Juan Ferreras, associate in the Banking department.
