GA_P advises Nueva Pescanova on the issuance of promissory notes on the MARF

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Nueva Pescanova on the inclusion of its promissory notes programme on the MARF.

This is the first issuance to be launched by Nueva Pescanova on the Mercado de Renta Fija (MARF) with a potential balance of 50 million euros. As stated in Expansión, "The fishing group is making its debut in this type of short-term debt issuances, it explains, to ‘diversif’ its sources of financing and at the same time to access professional investors ‘in a flexible manner’”. Abanca is participating in this initiative as arranger, while the placement of the issues will be carried out by Abanca itself and also by Banco Santander. Deloitte Financial Advisory has acted as registered advisor.
