GA_P advises Servihabitat (a subsidiary of Lone Star) in the contract for the management of Kutxabank’s real estate assets portfolio

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Servihabitat (a subsidiary of Lone Star) on the contract for the management of Kutxabank's real estate asset portfolio. The portfolio comprises 10,000 assets, valued at €1.2 billion and geographically concentrated in Andalusia and the Basque Country.

Half of Kutxabank's portfolio is divided between residential and commercial, while the other half is land, an activity in which Servihabitat has been concentrating its efforts in recent times, convinced that a large part of the future of this business lies in urban development management.
