GA_P advises Pepper Spanish Servicing on the signing of three servicing contracts.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Pepper Spanish Servicing S.L.U. on the signing of three PLs and NPLs Servicing Agreements under securitization and one REOS Servicing Agreement, with a total debt under management of €1.1 Bn, in the context of the acquisition by CarVal of part of the mortgage loan portfolio that BBVA sold to Blackstone.
