The Spanish Data Protection Agency updates its Cookie Guidance to adapt it to the Guidelines 05/2020 on consent revised by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) in May this year. The two issues under review are: the validity or otherwise of the “continue browsing” option and the use of so-called “cookie walls”.
The Spanish Association of Advertisers and the Association for the Self-Regulation of Commercial Communication have agreed on a code of conduct on the use of influencers in advertising, which establishes the ethical framework to be applied in influencers' advertising.
