Notice to ISPs: “zero tariffs” violate EU law

According to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), "zero tariffs" for internet access amount to discriminatory treatment of traffic circulating on the network contrary to Article 3(3) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120.
