The new Spanish Data Protection Act. What must I do?

Following the application of the General Data Protection Regulation as per Article 99 thereof, a
new Data Protection Act has been passed to adapt the Spanish legal system to the aforementioned
EU regulation and thereby ensure legal certainty.
